To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PWT Extensions or any of its employees and affiliates is not liable to you or to any third party for any damages, either direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise (including in each case, but not limited to damages rising from inability to use the PWT Extensions site, its services, software and content or access data, loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, business interruptions or the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the PWT Extensions site, its services, software and content even if PWT Extensions has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The agreement to these Terms and Conditions is effective until terminated. Without prejudice to any other rights, PWT Extensions may immediately terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions set out in this document. In such event you must cease all use of the PWT Extensions site, including its services and content and destroy all copies of material made available through the PWT Extensions site.
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute concerning the use of the PWT Extensions site, its services and content falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
You agree that PWT Extensions, at PWT Extensions sole discretion, may elect to bring legal action regarding any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions before the Dutch courts or in any court in any country which may have jurisdiction and you herewith irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts chosen by PWT Extensions.

If you are not satisfied with one of our Joomla! extensions, for any reason, return it within 30 days and we will give you a full refund (excluding possible transaction costs). If you want to return an extension, please contact us via the 'Support Centre' and let us know what extension you want to return and your order number. It would be very helpful for us if you can also share why you request a refund. In that way we can learn from te feedback and improve our extensions and business. Refund requests are processed within 5 business days.
If you redistribute our extensions in any way or form your subscription will be cancelled and you forfeit the right to a refund.
